The mentoring program lasts 3 months, with weekly (or biweekly) sessions during the first month, depending on the availability of the mentor and mentee. In the following months, the sessions will be biweekly.
2 - What are the main benefits I can expect throughout the program?
Achieving excellence in leadership, becoming more confident in leading your team, having more planning and organization in your leadership style, knowing how to manage different professionals, and fostering an environment of growth and exchange.

3 - Can I access the recordings of the sessions at any time?
Yes, after each session, the link to the recording will be sent to your email so you can review it whenever you wish.

5 - Are the sessions in-person or online?
Due to location, the sessions are online, but if both parties are in the same location, an in-person session can be arranged.

6 - Is the mentoring program only for experienced leaders, or can beginners participate as well?
The mentoring program is 100% personalized, addressing your challenges and career stage, making it suitable for both novice and experienced leaders.

7 - Which leadership areas will be most focused on during the program?

8 - Can I share the recorded sessions with my team?
No, the recordings are for the mentee’s personal use only and should not be shared.

9 - What happens if I can’t attend a scheduled session?
You can always reschedule the session with advance notice, and we will arrange a new date.

10 - What happens after the 3-month program ends? Is there continuous support?
After completing the mentoring program, there will be the opportunity to join a MasterMind Leader group, a selective group of leaders where insights and learnings are shared to further elevate your leadership excellence. MasterMind spots will be announced later.
