Cibele Von Dentz
With over 20 years of international experience leading complex projects in the automotive industry, I have had the privilege of directing global teams and driving high-performance initiatives across Brazil, the United States, Germany, China, England, and Croatia.
Working at the decision-making level in multinational environments shaped the way I think about growth, business, recurrence, excellence, and how the environment can influence results. It taught me that expansion does not happen by chance; it happens within the right systems and the right environment.
I created HAUSE Business Club to offer that environment. A refined and strategically guided circle where founders, business owners, mentors and executives can elevate their thinking, knowledge, networking, expand beyond borders, and grow within a room that matches their level of ambition.
Alongside leading the LIDERA Mentoring Platform in Brazil and Europe, I bring the same discipline, international perspective, and strategic clarity into the curation and direction of HAUSE.

Secure your reservation with a €100 deposit to confirm your intention and obtain priority in the evaluation process.This step reflects commitment and ensures that every applicant approaches HAUSE with seriousness and clarity.

• Confirmed presence or active operations in Europe
• Commitment to active participation
